The Fat That Gets You Skinny - Recommended by Dr. Oz

Rice bran oil is oil extracted from the germ and inner husk of rice. It is the oil that is good for you ! The reason for this is that rice bran oil contains antioxidants, nutrients and vitamins that can help lower cholesterol, fight diseases and enhance the immune system. It's also completely trans fat free.

Rice Bran Oil can replace any oil, for cooking. It is especially great for stir frying vegetables and for making salad dressings. The taste is light and delicious, I think you will be surprised at how good it is, considering how good it is for you. The low calorie count alone is enough to have you give rice bran oil a try, without considering all the other great benefits it offers.

It has now gained a strong following in the United States in the beauty industry because of the oil's high concentration of Vitamin E and gamma-oryzanol.
